We aim to respond to emails within 2 working days. For urgent medical queries, please telephone the practice.

Extended hours appointments may be available through our local Primary Care Network. Please ask reception for details.

New Patients

Registering with us is straightforward. Here is what you need to do.

Fill in the NHS registration form (GMS1). You can download it from our website or collect one from reception.

Bring photo ID and proof of address. However, these are not mandatory for NHS registration and you will not be refused without them.

Once registered, our healthcare assistant will invite you for a new patient health check to establish your baseline health.
